SarkariBuddy provides digital educational services for government exam preparation. Since digital products are delivered instantly and access is granted immediately upon payment, we maintain a strict no-refund policy in accordance with the Consumer Protection (E-Commerce) Rules, 2020.
No Refunds
All purchases on SarkariBuddy are final and non-refundable. This applies to:
- Premium subscription plans (monthly, quarterly, yearly)
- Individual test series or mock test packages
- AI photo solution credits
- Any other digital content or services
Why No Refunds
Our no-refund policy exists because:
- Digital products are delivered instantly and cannot be returned
- You gain immediate access to all premium content upon payment
- Educational content consumption cannot be verified or reversed
- We provide free content to evaluate our platform before purchasing
How to Cancel Subscription
While refunds are not available, you can cancel your subscription to prevent future charges:

- Access continues until subscription end date
- No partial refunds for remaining days

Payment Failures and Double Charges
If you experience payment issues:
- Failed payment but amount deducted: The amount is usually auto-refunded by your bank within 5-7 business days. If not, contact us with payment proof.
- Double charge: If charged twice for the same subscription, contact us immediately with both transaction receipts. We will refund the duplicate charge.
- Subscription not activated: Wait 15 minutes, log out and log back in. If still not active, contact support with payment receipt.
Technical Issues
If you experience technical issues accessing your purchased content, we will work to resolve them. Technical problems are not grounds for a refund, but we are committed to ensuring you receive the service you paid for. Contact our support team for assistance.
Exceptional Circumstances
In rare exceptional circumstances (such as verified duplicate charges or technical failures preventing access for extended periods), we may consider partial credits or account extensions at our sole discretion. Such requests must be made within 7 days of purchase with supporting documentation.
