By downloading the SarkariBuddy app, visiting our website, or using any of our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service, our Privacy Policy, and our Disclaimer. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use SarkariBuddy.

2. Our Services

SarkariBuddy provides exam preparation tools for government job aspirants:

• Mock Tests and Test Series: Practice tests for SSC, RRB, Banking, and other government exams
• Previous Year Questions (PYQs): 50,000+ questions from past exams with solutions
• AI Doubt Solving: Upload a photo of any question and get instant solutions (mobile app only)
• Performance Analytics: Track your scores, accuracy, and improvement over time
• Bilingual Support: Content available in English and Hindi

3. User Accounts

To access full features, you must create an account using your mobile number. You are responsible for:

• Keeping your OTP and login credentials secure
• All activities performed through your account
• Providing accurate information during registration
• Not sharing your account with others

One account per user. Creating multiple accounts to abuse free features may result in account suspension.

4. Subscriptions and Payments

SarkariBuddy offers both free and premium features:

• Free Access: Limited mock tests and PYQs
• Premium Subscription: Unlimited tests, full PYQ access, detailed analytics
• Payment Processing: Handled securely by Razorpay
• Pricing: Displayed in Indian Rupees (INR)

5. Acceptable Use

You agree NOT to:

• Share, redistribute, or resell our content (questions, solutions, tests)
• Use automated tools, bots, or scrapers to access our platform
• Attempt to hack, reverse-engineer, or disrupt our services
• Upload inappropriate, offensive, or copyrighted content
• Use the platform for any illegal purpose
• Create fake accounts or impersonate others

6. Intellectual Property

All content on SarkariBuddy - including questions, solutions, explanations, test formats, app design, and branding - is owned by SarkariBuddy or licensed to us. You may use our content only for personal, non-commercial exam preparation. Unauthorized copying, distribution, or commercial use is strictly prohibited.

7. AI-Generated Content

Our AI doubt-solving feature provides instant solutions, but:

• AI solutions are for learning purposes and may occasionally contain errors
• Always verify important concepts with standard textbooks
• We continuously improve AI accuracy but cannot guarantee 100% correctness

8. Limitation of Liability

SarkariBuddy is a preparation tool, not a guarantee of exam success. We are not liable for:

• Your exam results or job selection outcomes
• Errors in content, AI solutions, or practice questions

9. Account Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if you:

• Violate these Terms of Service
• Engage in fraudulent payment activities
• Share or redistribute our premium content
• Use bots or automated tools

You may delete your account at any time from within the app.

10. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Significant changes will be announced via app notification. Continued use of SarkariBuddy after changes means you accept the updated terms.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of New Delhi, India.
