HTET 2025 Eligibility Criteria
Level 1 - Primary Teacher (Class I to V)
- Intermediate with 50% marks and passed / appearing in 2-year Diploma in Elementary Education / Special Education / B.El.Ed OR
- Intermediate with 45% marks and passed / appearing in 2-year Diploma in Elementary Education / Special Education / B.El.Ed OR
- Graduation degree in any stream and passed / appearing in 2-year Diploma in Elementary Education / Special Education / B.El.Ed.
Level 2 - TGT (Class VI to VIII)
- Degree in any stream with 50% marks and 2-year Diploma in Education / Elementary Education OR
- Graduation degree with 50% marks and B.Ed / Special B.Ed degree OR
- Intermediate with 50% marks and 4-year BA B.Ed / B.Com B.Ed degree.
Level 3 - PGT
- Post Graduation degree in concerned subject with 50% marks and B.Ed degree.
