- Unmarried: Born between 01 January 2003 and 01 January 2008.
- Married: Born between 01 January 2003 and 01 January 2006.

Medical Assistant (For 10+2)	Passed 10+2 / Intermediate with Physics, Chemistry, Biology, and English with a minimum of 50% marks in aggregate and 50% in English. OR Passed a two-year Vocational Course with non-vocational subjects i.e. Physics, Chemistry, Biology and English with 50% marks in aggregate and 50% in English.
Medical Assistant (For Diploma/ B.Sc in Pharmacy)	10+2 with Physics, Chemistry, Biology, and English (50% aggregate & 50% in English). Diploma/B.Sc in Pharmacy with a minimum of 50% marks in aggregate. Must have valid registration from the State Pharmacy Council or Pharmacy Council of India (PCI).
