| Officer Scale-II (General Banking Officer) | Bachelor's Degree in any stream with at least 50% marks and 2 years of experience. |
| Officer Scale-II (IT Officer) | Bachelor's Degree in Electronics / CS / IT with at least 50% marks and 1 year of experience. |
| Officer Scale-II (Chartered Accountant) | Certified CA from ICAI India with 1 year of experience. |
| Officer Scale-II (Law Officer) | LLB Degree with at least 50% marks and 2 years of advocacy experience. |
| Officer Scale-II (Treasury Officer) | CA or MBA in Finance with 1 year of experience. |
| Officer Scale-II (Marketing Officer) | MBA in Marketing with 1 year of experience. |
| Officer Scale-II (Agriculture Officer) | Bachelor's Degree in Agriculture/Horticulture/Veterinary Science with 2 years of experience. |
| Officer Scale III | Bachelor's Degree in any stream with at least 50% marks and a minimum of 5 years of experience. |
