Short Description: The National Testing Agency (NTA) has released the notification for the Joint Entrance Examination (JEE) MAIN 2026 Session 1. Application forms were available from 31 October 2025 to 27 November 2025. Candidates can now check their exam city and download the admit card from the official website: jeemain.nta.nic.in.

- Result Declared: 12 February 2026
Application Fees:
- For Single Paper:
- General (Male): ₹1000 | (Female): ₹800
- EWS/OBC (Male): ₹900 | (Female): ₹800
- SC/ST/PH (Male/Female): ₹500
- For Both Papers:
- General/EWS/OBC (Male): ₹2000 | (Female): ₹1600
- SC/ST/PH (Male/Female): ₹1000
- Payment Mode: Online Only.
Eligibility Criteria (As of 2026 Exam)
Age Limit Details
- There is No Age Limit for appearing in the JEE (Main) examination.
- Candidates who have passed the class 12th/equivalent examination in 2024, 2025, or are appearing in 2026 are eligible.
Educational Qualification
- Courses: BE / B.Tech / B.Arch / B.Planning
- Eligibility: Passed or appearing in 10+2 (Intermediate) examination from any recognized board in India. For paper-wise subject combination, please refer to the official information brochure.
How to Download Your Admit Card
- Go to the official NTA JEE MAIN website: jeemain.nta.nic.in.
- On the homepage, click on the link that says "JEE (Main) 2026 Session 1: Download Admit Card".
- Enter your Application Number, Date of Birth, and the security pin as displayed.
- Click on the 'Submit' button.
- Your admit card will be displayed on the screen. Download, save, and print a clear copy for the examination.
