| Allied Healthcare Bachelor Courses | Candidates must have passed 12th standard with Science subjects: Physics, Chemistry, and Biology (Botany & Zoology). The candidate should have obtained a minimum of 50% marks in PCB and must have passed English individually from a recognized board. |

How to Fill the Form
- Caste Certificate Instruction: OBC and EWS certificates should be issued after 01 April 2026.
- Photo Instruction: The photograph should be a full-face front view with a white background and without spectacles. The candidate’s name and date of photograph should be mentioned on the photograph.
- Application forms were accepted from 02/05/2026 to 05/06/2026.
