How to Fill Online Form
UP Police Home Guards One Time Registration (OTR) 2025 Procedure:
- Each applicant must register using a unique Email ID and Mobile Number (unchangeable during the exam process).
- Registration can be done using Aadhaar, DigiLocker, Driving License, PAN, or Passport.
- Only details from the Matriculation/High School certificate will be considered valid for OTR.
- Candidate’s Name, Gender, and Date of Birth must exactly match with the Matriculation certificate details.
- If data cannot be fetched from DigiLocker, candidates can enter the details manually.
