How to Apply

  • Each applicant must use a unique Email ID and Mobile Number for One Time Registration (OTR).
  • Registration can be completed using Aadhaar, DigiLocker, PAN, Passport, or Driving License.
  • Details like your Name, Gender, and Date of Birth must exactly match your Matriculation/High School certificate.
  • If your details cannot be fetched from DigiLocker, you can enter them manually.
