UP D.El.Ed 2025-27 Admission: Short Information

The Diploma in Elementary Education (D.El.Ed), formerly known as BTC, is a 2-year teacher training program in Uttar Pradesh. Admissions for the 2025-27 session are based on academic merit. There are approximately 2.33 lakh seats available across 10,600 Government DIETs and 2.23 lakh Private Colleges. Candidates must have a Graduation degree with 50% marks (45% for reserved categories) and be between 18-35 years of age. There is no entrance exam. Selection is followed by online counseling and seat allotment.
