Uttar Pradesh Education Service Selection Commission (UPESSC) has released the official notification for Uttar Pradesh Teacher Eligibility Test (UPTET) 2026. Interested candidates can apply online from 27/03/2026 to 03/05/2026 on the official websites.

Eligibility Criteria
UPTET Primary Level (Paper I)
- Bachelor’s Degree in any stream with DELED (Final Year) OR
- Bachelor’s/Master’s Degree with minimum 50% marks and B.Ed (Passed/Appearing) OR
- Bachelor’s/Master’s Degree with 45% marks and B.Ed (as per NCTE norms) OR
- 10+2 (Intermediate) with 50% marks and 4-year B.El.Ed.
UPTET Junior Level (Paper II)
- Bachelor’s / Master’s Degree with 50% marks and B.Ed / B.Ed Special Exam OR
- Bachelor’s / Master’s Degree with BTC 2 Year Training OR
- 10+2 (Intermediate) with 50% marks and 4-year B.El.Ed. OR
- 10+2 (Intermediate) with 50% marks and B.Sc. Ed Exam Passed
Exam Pattern & Cut Off
